HeyAye Privacy Policy

Effective date: 6 September 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how HeyAye handles personal data across current and future apps, platforms, websites, and digital services we build and operate.

1) Scope

This policy applies to HeyAye products and services, including pre-launch, beta, and live applications. Where a specific app requires additional privacy terms, those app-specific terms supplement this policy.

Unquiver

Unquiver is an iPhone and iPad puzzle game. It does not require a HeyAye account. Puzzle attempts, settings, campaign progress, Daily Challenge history, and user-created levels are stored on your device. User-created levels are private and are not uploaded to a public gallery.

If you choose to use Game Center, Apple processes your Game Center identity and game activity. When you link device progress, Unquiver uses your authenticated Game Center account to save eligible progress in iCloud so it can be restored or merged across devices using the same Game Center and iCloud account. This covers completed puzzles, best results and Daily history. Unfinished attempts, active Endurance runs, user-created levels and personal settings remain local. Unquiver may also submit scores and achievements. You can disable app-initiated Game Center features in Unquiver settings; Apple controls its own Game Center and iCloud data under Apple's terms and privacy notices.

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. HeyAye receives purchase-entitlement information needed to unlock features, but does not receive your full payment-card details.

Unquiver includes privacy-controlled integrations for configuration, optional analytics, consent management, and advertising. Where a launch version enables those services, the app provides age-appropriate controls and obtains consent where required before eligible analytics or personalised advertising. Sharing an age range is optional. If it is not shared or cannot be confirmed, or a younger age range is provided, Unquiver uses restricted, non-personalised advertising with general-audience content. Google receives restricted age-treatment signals rather than an exact age or birthday; these requests disable advertising personalisation and the advertising identifier (IDFA). Optional product analytics and tracking remain off for those players. Personalised advertising is available only to confirmed adults with the required advertising consent and Apple tracking permission. Google's consent eligibility still controls whether an ad can be requested. Plus removes advertising. Information processed by enabled providers may include device or app information, advertising identifiers where permission has been granted, consent choices, interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. You can change eligible choices from the app's Privacy & Data screen.

Service providers used for these features may include Apple (App Store, StoreKit, Game Center, and iCloud) and Google (Firebase, Google User Messaging Platform, and Google Mobile Ads). Their handling of data is governed by their own privacy notices as well as contractual and legal safeguards.

Deleting Unquiver removes its local app data from that device. Game Center, App Store purchase records, and iCloud data controlled by Apple must be managed through your Apple Account and device settings.
